| MIDWEST HOCKEY TOURNAMENT SERIES 2008-09 BIG TIME HOCKEY -- SMALL TOWN FEEL |

Our goal is to not only run a highly competitive youth hockey tournament series, but also bring back a "small
town feel" atmosphere. We strive to provide an enjoyable weekend for the entire family. Rather than run
multiple divisions with small brackets at each of our hockey tournaments, we intend to run hockey
tournaments with a limited number of divisions to accommodate 6-12 teams per division. We aim to become
the top Chicago hockey tournaments provider for mite, squirt, peewee, bantam, midget and girls hockey.
